We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Each product page features a detailed sizing chart. Our gear is designed for a 'true-to-size' athletic fit. If you prefer a looser fit for your workouts, we recommend sizing up one level.
What is the return policy for workout gear?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, water bottles and headbands are final sale.
